Small Quantities

- This generally refers to orders for gas cylinders/bottles up to 12 kg (net weight) each with a total net weight of less than 50 kg of gas. For example, 4 x 12 kg R134a cylinders is still considered a small quantity.

- These orders are generally shipped the next business day after receipt of payment using standard carriers.

- Delivery is made using standard courier (DHL).

- Delivery time can vary from 2 to 5 business days (depending on country and postal code).

- A tracking number is available and sent to your email after shipment.

Large Quantities

- Orders for all large gas cylinders (from 20 to 60 kg each - net weight) and orders for multiple gas cylinders/bottles (1 to 12) with a total gas weight of more than 50 kg.

- These orders are generally shipped the next business day after receipt of payment using large piece road carriers.

- Delivery is made by Grosse Korriere.

- Delivery time can vary from 4 to 7 business days (depending on the country and postal code).

- Tracking information is not available directly to the customer; however, our customer service may provide additional shipping information if the customer does not receive the goods within the expected time.

Shipping Costs

Even if free shipping is not applied, it is our company policy to always keep shipping costs affordable.

The shopping cart automatically calculates shipping costs based on weight, country, and postal code. Shipping starts at €
